Dan’s career in executive recruiting started in 1988, and he is the Past President of the Ohio Recruiters Association, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving professionalism in the industry through training, certification, and partnering.

As a recruiter, he is an acknowledged expert in Flexible Packaging, Laminating, Bag-making, Flexographic and Rotogravure Printing, Compounding, Converting, Labels, and Thermo-forming. Dan is a graduate of Simon Kenton High School and the University of Kentucky with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He pioneered the Flexible Recruiting Model, and he attained the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation awarded by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. Dan lives in the rolling hills of Northern Kentucky, not far from his roots growing up on a farm as the second of twelve children. He and his wife, Sharon, are raising six daughters. Dan is an avid outdoorsman and he recently completed his first half-marathon.
